THE WORK

Playgue

Playgue is an interactive simulation which visualizes the impact of a virus spread based on the scintificly accurate SIR-Model (Susceptible- Infected-Recovered-Model). Created with Processing for use on touchscreen devices.

The simulation is packed into a game in order to simplify this very complex topic and make it accessable for everyone.

To save the world from the rising plague the player has to use counter measures like quarantine and vaccinations. The user is able to learn and predict what devastating effects deseases can have.

MiTv

TVs should focus on their core aspect: watching media content.

We created a concept for an adaptive television interface focusing on the aspect of watching movies or television series.

Based on the viewing behaviour the system would recommend new content in a form of a timeline.

To further improve the expirience this system would include a number of different streaming services for a broader availability of content.

GUDE App

GUDE adresses the big problem of getting all the right people to a meeting at the right location

regardless of the subject or context. It could be business related or just a fun activity with your friends.

Our approach was to use a self-learning-system which adopts to the behaviour of the user. If you are going to meet for your favorite sport event every weekend, GUDE would know this and suggest the necessary parameters in advance.

This adaptive system which we developed could be used in different applications in order to learn a user behaviour.

TIMELY

The Internet of Things is really all about productivity. But productivity seems to always involve a certain kind of ugliness.

TIMELY is an IoT clock which increases productivity but also looks beautiful.

My personal goal was to create a product all by myself with a strong focus on simplicity and asthetics.

The outcome was an elaborated concept framed by an analog but interactive booklet and a working prototype.
